The iSMP4 Universal Tablet (UT) integrates a full-featured payment terminal to a range of 8” tablets providing a versatile mPOS system. The UT fits a variety of standard 8” tablets allowing enterprise customers to build on iOS, Android, or Windows platforms. The UT is purpose-built for use in applications such as clienteling in retail and table-side in restaurants. Total weight is under 2 pounds, grip points consider one-handed use for bar code scanning, customer sharing, and credit card transactions.

Designed for demanding, all-day mobile use, the UT was designed and tested to survive a 2-meter drop onto concrete, a more demanding test than typical MIL projects.
